Website enquiries are non-binding. A contract is formed only after written confirmation of a specific offer and completion of the steps stated in it.
Scope, pricing, payment terms, changes and cancellation are defined in the personal proposal. For safety, diving activities may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather, currents, experience or health. Wildlife encounters are natural events and cannot be guaranteed.
Participants must provide truthful medical information, present certifications, meet the agreed prerequisites and follow safety instructions. Individual contract and cancellation terms are stated in the confirmed proposal.
