Prerequisites, minimum age, required components and certification conditions follow current PADI standards and your personal circumstances.
Plan with care
Health, time and holiday belong in one course plan.
Before PADI programmes you complete the current participant medical questionnaire honestly. Certain answers require evaluation by a physician before participation. Arrange this before travel where possible, and do not dive when ill or unwell.
A course is not an activity to squeeze into two spare calendar days at any cost. Learning, pool work, open water, surface intervals, recovery and no-fly time must fit together. We provide a dependable schedule after understanding your prerequisites.
English or German
Knowledge discussions, briefings and skill explanations are available in English or German. Digital learning languages depend on availability and the selected PADI product.
Referral and courses already started
Completed knowledge or confined-water components may continue as a referral when documentation and programme validity allow. Send records and dates early for review.
Combining training with a diving holiday
Demanding current or deep sites need not follow immediately after certification. We build experience through suitable fun dives and choose sequence around comfort and conditions.

Frequently asked questions about PADI training in Bali
Can I complete the full PADI Open Water Diver course in Bali?
Yes, when medical eligibility, learning time, water skills, travel dates and no-fly planning fit together. Knowledge, confined water and open-water dives become one realistic schedule.
Can I complete PADI eLearning before my holiday?
Yes. PADI eLearning can move knowledge development before travel. It does not replace personal explanations, knowledge checks, skills and open-water training with your instructor.
Do I need a medical certificate for a course?
Every participant completes the current medical questionnaire. Depending on your answers, physician approval may be required. Arrange this before travel where possible with a suitably qualified doctor.
How long does a PADI course take in Bali?
Duration depends on the programme, preparation, learning progress, group size, conditions and any referral components. We confirm the required time personally and avoid unsafe, rushed planning.
Is Advanced Open Water only for highly experienced divers?
No. The course is designed to build experience in new areas with professional guidance. We still check that core skills are stable and choose Adventure Dives suited to you and the conditions.
What is the difference between Master Scuba Diver and Divemaster?
Master Scuba Diver is a high recreational rating based on certifications and experience. Divemaster is PADI’s first professional level, with leadership and instructional-assistance responsibilities.
