In detail
Seven days become strong when not every day is a transfer.
For one week, Padang Bai makes a focused base: local boat sites, a trip to Tulamben or Amed and one carefully chosen additional highlight. A hotel change is worthwhile only when arrival and departure support it.
Arrival, check dive, stronger days, recovery and the final dive are planned backwards from departure. Non-diving companions receive fitting experiences rather than waiting time.
Days 1–2: settle in
Transfer, check-in, equipment and a local start create calm.
Days 3–5: build variety
Regional trips deepen the underwater experience without beginning an island race every morning.
Days 6–7: exhale
Final dive, no-fly interval and a land moment form a safe ending.
7-day example
Padang Bai and Tulamben without unnecessary hotel changes.
The established seven-day model included ten dives, six double-room nights with breakfast, transfers, guide, cylinders, local fees, taxes and drinks. Hotel class, rental gear, night dives and a Manta Point speedboat day are tailored separately.
