Overview
How your booking becomes binding
An enquiry form is not yet a booking. You first receive a specific proposal with services, price and terms.
The booking only becomes binding after your confirmation and the steps described in the proposal. Payment details are sent only in direct communication.
- Send an enquiry with travel dates
- Review the personal proposal and inclusions
- Confirm availability and payment terms
- Keep travel documents safely

Payment & documents
Confirm clearly first, then pay securely.
Binding bookings require a deposit. Depending on the proposal, PayPal can be used for the deposit, a SEPA transfer can go to the confirmed account, and the balance can be paid on site in euros, Indonesian rupiah or by Visa/Mastercard.
The accepted proposal documents price, services and agreed reductions. An invoice is issued on site or in advance on request. Bank details are never published openly; they are sent only through confirmed direct communication.
Bookable modules
Transfers, hotels across different categories, dive training, dive days, land excursions and activities can be requested together.
